You Are Seen

You’re not too sensitive.
You were wounded.
And now, you are seen.
You Were Always Seen
Actually—you were always seen.
Seen by God, your Father.
Please read that again. Slowly. Let it sink in.
Marinate in it.
Because some of us have spent years being told just the opposite.
The Truth That Sets the Record Straight
You weren’t “too much.”
You weren’t imagining things.
You weren’t exaggerating.
You weren’t weak for feeling what you felt.
When the Body Responds to Harm
When someone minimizes our pain, dismisses our voice, or repeatedly crosses our boundaries, our nervous system responds.
That’s not a character flaw.
It’s a human response to being hurt.
God Sees What Others Miss
And here’s the part that matters most to me today:
God sees it too.
He sees what you endured.
He sees what you survived quietly.
He sees the parts of you that learned to brace instead of breathe.
“You have searched me, Lord, and you know me…
you are familiar with all my ways.” Psalm 139:1–3
Healing Begins With Truth
Healing doesn’t start with blaming yourself for how you coped.
Healing starts when truth replaces shame.

A Gentle Release
So if this message lands in your heart instead of your head, let that be okay.
You don’t have to explain it.
You don’t have to justify it.
You are seen.
And you are not alone in this.
